Example of China|

In 2017, we started trading daily necessities as for domestic use in China.
There were already several companies dealing in the same products and there was price competition, including parallel imports.
We decided to enter the market by doing business with a new company in this situation.
In the first year, we started with a few thousand units, but by the third year, we had grown to sell more than 100,000 units.
However, there was no end to the number of cheap stores, and the situation continued to cause constant complaints.
As a result of repeated discussions with the manufacturer, we were given the right to manage the online network, and we were able to respond where we could locally, and with the cooperation of the manufacturer in Japan, parallel imports were reduced, but there were still loopholes that prevented us from controlling the situation.
We knew that if we continued in this manner, our current sales would only be temporary, and our brand image would continue to deteriorate.
After constant sharing of local information with the manufacturer and repeated consultations with them, they decided to create a package design for China, allow us to sell only that product in China, and make our company the exclusive distributor of the product.
This meant that no company could sell the original product in China, and together with the distributor, we were able to improve the distribution of the product in China at once, and the market began to stabilize.
This has protected the integrity of the brand and prevented us from being caught in a price war.
Today, we have quadrupled our sales volume and are delivering our products to customers in China.
We plan to expand our business in the future by adding more product lines of the same brand.

However, the company had a policy of introducing more and more FMCG products to major retailers, and we were faced with more and more situations where we had to compete on price and sales promotion.
As a result,the distributor, the manufacturer, and our company were all having difficulty doing business with the company.
We began to have doubts.We started looking for a distributor that would be suitable for the current Japanese company.
